Two more reasons why Payson trumps Phoenix.

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Leslie Prest, Prest Realty, Sales and Rentals in Payson, AZ

I heard on the Phoenix news this morning-

Watch out for the "brown cloud"- health advisory due to SMOG

smog over Phoenix

And temperatures will be high 90's by the weekend.

Now PAYSON has clear skies, 30% chance of rain tomorrow,
AND we are predicted to be high 70's by the weekend

Come North- I'll find you a nice house to buy or rent!

Ohhhh...I can so agree with you.  I miss my house up in Payson this time of year.  Our family cringes when the juniper are in full bloom!

Yeah- that's a real downside. Everyone up here has got the "juniper drip"- you know, where your nose drips from your allergy to the juniper pollen.

I would love to live up there.  Maybe someday... Is there a lot of growth taking place?  I haven't been up there for ages.

Doreen- Payson has about doubled in population in the 15 years we've been here. Of course that still is only about 16,000. We love Payson, but we atill come "down the hill" to the Valley when we need to.

And my family and I very often go "up the hill" ... I think people would be amazed how quickly the scenery and climate changes from Phoenix to Payson.
