Continuing on with our series of tips to help get your home ready for sale in Louisville Ky.
Dining room--If you any silver or crystal, be sure to polish all items as this will make them shine.
Also set your table as if you were going to entertain that way the potential buyers could see themselfs as entertaing there.
In your kitchen--Clean all your appliances, both inside and out, while you are at it make sure all apces work properly.
Clean under your sink.
Make sure the counter tops are free and clear of clutter, put away any countertop appliances.
Sweep and wax your floors, also clean the baseboards
This should help you get your kitchen in order. Part 8 we will look at the bathroom.
