The Fillin Station restaurant on Granbury Square has indoor dining and an Outdoor patio. Casual dress is fine for this restaurant.
The menu boasts burgers, sandwiches, soup and salads. They also serve a variety of cold beer! The service was great and the waitress was very nice and knowledgeable, she checked on us several times but wasn’t over bearing.
The food was tasty; however it is not for someone counting calories. The kitchen delivered the food in record time, but it was on a Friday when we went so it wasn’t very busy.
Auto-themed environment tracing back to the building's roots as an historic fueling station for Marathon Oil. The onion rings were O-Rings and fried pickles were hub caps. I ordered the Deuce coupe which is a grilled cheese sandwich stuffed with gourmet macaroni –n-cheese on jalapeño’ bread. (Fantastic)! My husband ordered the fried shrimp Po-Boy with spicy slaw and he was very pleased.
I would give
The Fillin Station restaurant on Granbury Square
a 5 star rating.
This is a short 45 Minute drive from Fort Worth, if you have a little time it makes a nice afternoon drive and lunch with your sweetie.
