What a swing in temperatures! Saturday was sunny and in the high 70's and I met with a first time home buyer. We are narrowing down our search as they have been all over the board with no direction. A past client recommended me to them as they know I'll keep them focused! Sunday turned cold (low 50's), damp and rainy but my open house was still a success! Several sellers came in to ask questions as they are thinking of putting their homes on the market. I started my initial prep work to get our information to our tax accountant..I know I must start now to reach my goal of turning all documentation in by March 10th! It’s Monday morning and 32 degrees - join me to start off your week with a little tech support humor…
Customer: “I’m not getting my emails on my phone.”
Support: “Okay, your email isn’t syncing because you haven’t typed your password in.”
Customer: “What’s my password?!”
Support: “I don’t know sir; it would be whatever you originally chose for a password.”
Customer: “Well, I don’t remember. Why don’t you know it?!”
Support: “That would negate the purpose of a password, sir. You don’t WANT me to know your password. Your email accounts have nothing to do with us.”
Customer: “AND YOU CALL YOURSELF CUSTOMER SERVICE?!”
