Last week, I told you about 2 buyers that put two offers on a home here in Silver Ranch, my boss declined both and gave a final number one buyer countered the other accepted my boss offer and then contract was ratified. So, what happened to the other buyer? I really felt bad for the other buyers they were so sweet, they now want to build a home they are deciding on what model. They learned from their experience, they had done their research and want a David Weekley home. I am thankful they accepted the news and want to move forward with a David Weekley Home!

Hi Yolanda Cordova-Gilbert .  There's always a loser when it comes to multiple offers.  W hope that whoever the loser is will still work with us to find another home. In our case, they usually find another home to buy.

Sometimes when a buyer loses one in the process its a good lesson..some learn from it and others keep making the same mistake over and over again!! Just one of many life challenges:). Glad your sweet buyers learned and are moving forward.

Hi Yolanda! Buyers usually learn a good lesson when they lose the first house they make an offer on. I'm glad these people decided to stick with David Weekley and build the house they really want!
