The chips are down when it comes to Vegas Bob being able to have Internet.

Vegas Bob took some advice from Activerain members when he didn't have Internet for over 6 days and we to the Morgan Hill Library today.

Because VB doesn't have proof of residence in Morgan Hill, the library (will not) give him a card.

So VB asked if he could use the computer at the MH Library and someone at the front desk said it would be $4.00 dollars for 2 hours, OMG ... This is outrageous!

So here VB is again, blogging with his iPhone. VB can't win for lose ;o( and is thinking of getting a "Hot Spot" for his laptop ;o)

VB, I would be stressing out with no internet. The phone is so hard to work on for blogging purposes, your eyes can go crazy looking at that small screen. I'd get a hot spot but, I will stay tuned to see what happens :)

Vegas Bob, you sure have had some problems but you always manage to overcome. I do think that $4 for two hours is actually a good deal compared to what some dedicated internet stations charge as a business for customers to use the internet.

Hmm, the library is a great idea, but too bad they wanted to charge you so much. When I am without Wi-Fi, I got to Paradise Bakery for a bite to eat and use their wi-fi or even Starbucks for a drink, as they have free wi-fi as well. I am sure we are not too far away from having free wi-fi wherever we go.

Nearest coffee shop usually works! The local grocery story has a Starbucks which always provided free WIFI and you can always see people sitting in their cars on their lap tops working or playing away!
