They are beautiful flowers Kerrie and I love how they look with the green table!
Hi Kerrie, A little trivia about tulips. Tulips are the only cut flower that continues to grow after having been cut. It is proper to trim each day the additional growth in length of stem and will help to keep them from drooping.

Kerrie - What a beautiful, cheery and bright gift your sister gave to you.
We really need the sun here. You must have a great sister. Remember to tell her thanks. So many families are dysfunctional, you have a good one cherish it
Good morning Kerrie. Could you send a little of that spring to the Northeast?
Kerrie, Lovely flowers! We tried to add tulips to our flower garden and got one season out of those 50. Either the moles and voles enjoyed them, or the ground was too wet. Fortunately we have much better luck with our crocus (they'll be hear soon!), daffodils, iris, and a lot of other flowers Liz and I have planted. I suppose if I want to try tulips again I'll need to go to a raised bed with a fine wire bottom to keep those pesky critters away from them! Bill
Hi Kerrie, Nice to see your smiling face posting in AR. The flowers are beautiful! I Love tulips. Enjoy
We are having the worst winter in years. I'll be happy to see the tulips in a few weeks.

Tulips are a definite sign of spring, and sentimental you have them displayed in front of a photo of Times Square
The tulips were always my telltale that spring had sprung Kerrie La Guardia. In Florida I don't see them enough.
Rumor has it that tulips were giving Roses a run for their money as the flower of Valentines.
