Wolfpen
Wolfpen is a gated planned community located on the east side of Hendersonville. It has 3 distinct neighborhoods within it. Located within the city limits, you will find city sewer and water, and natural gas. The location is great for shopping and dining, and it just a 15 minute drive to Historic Downtown Hendersonville.
Condominiums
There are upper and lower units where you will find light filled rooms. They have two bedrooms and two full baths, an open floor plan and a sun room or screened porch. They average 1200 to 13oo heated square feet, and feature a gas fireplace in the living room.
Cluster Homes
These are three homes to a building and are all single floor homes. The two end units come with a garage and the middle unit has a carport. All have extra storage, whether a garage or carport. These homes are slightly larger, and range in 2-3 bedrooms for more flexibility. You will find a nice open floor plan and plenty of light.
Single Family Homes
The last of the Wolfpen homes are single family detached homes. They too have nice open floor plans and lots of sunlight. They boast three bedrooms and two baths, and have nice open lawns. You will enjoy single floor living and great views of nature.
The Community
Wolfpen has some great amenities. You can swim in their heated outdoor pool, get your excersice by walking the nature trails, or play tennis on their lovely courts.
