With more than 500 homes, Brenthaven is Brentwood, TN's largest subdivision. Homes range in size from about 2,000 up to more than 5,000 square feet. Building began in Brenthaven in the 1960s. Most lots in Brenthaven are about an acre in size, with some variance.
