I'm constantly asked by agents, oh it would be great to have a device that does this or does that.  What surprises most agents, is that their "imaginary" "non-existent" device or product, actually exists!  As far as real estate technology & technology in general goes, if you can think of it, it probably exists!

One recent example is about going paperless!  This agent thought it would be expensive, and confusing...here is the result:

Agent want's to go paperless.  How to save paper, and ink!  She wanted to be able to take documents or contracts and email them versus printing them.  This is actually simply done.  Using a free PDF printer software, the agent now can easily print documents, emails, or virtually anything directly into a .PDF file (files that open in Adobe Acrobat Reader)  Now the agent can easily store the document on the computer or email it to whomever needs it.  The agent also already had a printer/scanner machine which allows her to take paper documents and scan it into her computer---a few lessons on how to properly save the documents, email them and a few other tips, and this agent is now 85% paperless!
