6 signs YOU need a residential property manager!

You have multiple properties

Managing one property is time consuming, so owning two or more is even more time consuming. Say goodbye to a personal life outside of your regular job too!  You will spend all of your off time on managing your properties.

You don't live near your rental property

You own rental properties in Texas but you live in California!  The tenant knows this and will most likely take advantage of your absences with unkempt property, late pays etc...

You live near your rental property

Living near your property can be almost as bad as far away! The tenant knows where you live and has your number. Get ready for unexpected visits, texts and phone calls.

You don't want to personally interact with residents

Most tenant are great people and pay the rent with an occasional repair request so you don't see or hear from them. But there is always the "needy tenant" who calls and texts all hours of the day.  Or the "I did the repair tenant" and deducted from my rent....What will you do now?

You can't get the tenant to pay ontime

Nothing is more frustrating than late rent payments! We are on top of it for you sending letters, calling the tenant and enforcing our " You don't pay, you don't stay".

You don't know tenant/landlord laws or have systems in place to protect yourself

This is a BIG ONE! We have systems in place since 2006. We keep up on the tenant/landlord laws with continuing education, attorney classes and monthly property management newsletters.

Don't lose your investment and much more if a tenant sues!

It's always good to have an impartial third party there to settle anything on equal terms and leave everything else out.

Tracy Lee Parker - and just one word of caution - the agent should not take the responsibility of the property manager without any agreement - or it backfires.

It is amazing how many unprepared rental owners try to save a buck by NOT hiring a property manager. Most end up completely over matched and frustrated with their Landlording Experience and are ready to dump their properties !

This is a very sophisticated article. Well-written and I think, some points are there which have their power. But one thing is that, all the trivial situation is not that much important and they can be managed. So if you are a busy person and you want to make money by saving the precious time, then you must go through the history of the concerned company you want to hire and see how much capable they are of handling the properties. So being a responsible house owner along with best family member in your home, you must look for a trusted property management time at that instant of time. I live in Greensboro, NC and I always hire the most trusted and the best Real Estate Management company in Greensboro, NC and they gave the real happiness of renting properties with a very reasonable price.
