 Rich jerks who don't care about their carbon footprint and don't want to live around people of color.

Dee - Any idea when this project is supposed to be ready to lease?  It's great to see development, but I'm afraid they are hitting the market at the wrong time.  Way too much supply of Class A office and retail, we're getting overbuilt despite a strong economy.  There does seem to be a shortage of apartments though, so I imagine those will get snapped up rather quickly.
