How to make easy fast but Gourmet Popcorn at home? The answer is easier than you think.
The ingredients:
Two to three table spoons of extra virgin olive oil of your choice
popcorn kernels about 1/2 cup to a cup depending how much you want to have
Parmesan Cheese, the more aged the better...
Sea salt
Preparation:
heat oil in a container you can pop the corn I like Le Cruset two quart soup dish
once oil is hot toss in kernels of corn and place lid on top.
Give it a few minutes and then shut off heat and let the kernels pop on their own
To Serve:
Add shredded & diced Parmesan Cheese and some Sea Salt as well as more Olive Oil toss, blend together and serve.
