Ramsey Commons at White Pillars by Drees Homes is offering new construction attached ranch condos/townhomes . Drees is offering five floor plans (four ranch condo style, one townhome plan) with prices STARTING in the low $200s, but expect mid to upper $200s and some into the $300s by the time you appoint them to your preferences.

However, because this is a new construction communty, Drees Homes has more options available than those listed in MLS. Base floor plans start at 1737 square feet of living space. Your condo fees ($163/month as of 2/23/15, always subject to change!) cover external maintenance of the units and lawn care.
If you're worried about noise from the attached unit next door, that should be a negligible issue thanks to the double wall and firewall in between each unit. Each unit has it's own utilities and the barrier walls run all the way to the roof, so unless you're neighbor is running a carpentry shop or practicing heavy metal guitar, nothing should be coming through to your side of the wall!
