Just to update you...construction is anticipated to begin this fall and estimate the build out time to be approximately 18 months (anticipating closing escrow by the early part of 2009).  Verge began taking reservations back in March 2007 and converted those reservations to hard purchase contracts at their sales event on June 2, 2007, where over 200 homes were sold!  There are currently approximately 60 homes left for sale (out of 318 total) from studios to penthouses with prices ranging from $214,900 up to $2,119,900.   The Developer has extended the incentive of only having to put down a 5% earnest money deposit …so if you want to purchase, don’t delay!!  The remaining homes available are as follows:

• Studios ranging from 572- 609 sq.ft. for $214,900 to $269,900
• One bedrooms ranging from 782 – 912 sq. ft. for $294,900 to $419,900
• Two bedrooms ranging from 1137 - 1199 sq.ft. for $474,900 to $649,900
• Two bedroom lofts ranging from 1248 – 1576 sq. ft. for $629,900 to $949,900
• Three bedroom lofts ranging from 1535 – 1635 sq. ft. for $789,900 to $1,099,900
• Three penthouses ranging from 2433 – 3886 sq.ft. for $1,399,900 to $2,119,900
