Oops I Sold That NW Albuquerque House Too Fast!

By
Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty

Oops, I sold my newest listing in Northwest Albuquerque too fast.

I hardly had a chance to market myself, or promote the video I made.

All that money down the drain for professional photos and videography. I should have just stuck a sign in the yard, taken my own bad photos using my iPhone and let the house sit and sit with my sign in the yard advertising myself for months and months. It wasn't supposed to sell in just 10 days.

What am I going to do with all the hours that I planned to waste sitting there at open houses??? At least my sellers are happy.

Here's the house that sold too fast:

They say hindsight is 20/20, so if you don't want to have your next listing sell too fast, don't do these three things: don't advise your sellers on staging, don't have the home inspected and repaired before listing it on the MLS, and above all else, do not price it properly for the market.

Good thing I still have Facebook to waste all this extra time that I now have.......
