Joe, what if you looked at this from another angle. Instead of making the home suitable to any buyer, why not find a buyer that might be suitable for the home? There are tens of thousands of circus enthusiasts in the country, and there might even be another one that loves the way the house looks enough to buy it. In the internet day and age, why not advertise the home for sale in places where those other circus enthusiasts might find it?
I know where you are coming from, and your advice is spot on from the traditional perspective, but let's try looking at things from a different perspective.
Aren't there thousands of properties listed in the central OH area that are having trouble moving? Aren't those homes also geared toward the average buyer? As marketers, aren't we looking for something to differentiate our property from the one down the street?
