Easy Company Policy; Client Interest Comes First
Easy Company Policy, The client’s best interest comes first. I had a discussion with a broker from another office about how to handle a tricky situation. I thought I had a handle on the matter, but several points were brought up as well as an explanation for how she said her office policy was in this given situation. So I investigated further.
It turns out our company policy is the best policy, is the easiest policy, Client Interest Comes First. Whether I represent a buyer or a seller, what is the right thing to do for them? It’s about clear, unapologetic representation of my side of the transaction. It doesn’t mean I don’t play nice or fair. In fact, fair is how this turns out. If I represent my client, and the other brokers represent their clients, and we each put our clients’ interests first, what could be fairer than that?
