This is a call for help to anyone at Countrywide who can help. If you happen to read this post today and you know anyone in the upper management with authoritative power, team leaders, supervisors of loss mitigation, CEO David Sambo; we are calling out to you to please call us at 561-753-0135 to stop a sale of a home on the courthouse steps tomorrow morning at 8:45 a.m.
We have two offers on this property, the BPO and the appraisal have been done back in March. It is all turned in. This file was started months ago with ample time to complete a short sale prior to a foreclosure date.
The negotiator told us that we could get the sale date cancelled and reset if the owner would pay for the attorney's fee to do that. We agreed to do this. The owner has been waiting to find out how much she needs to bring to your attorney and where does she need to bring this check to and who to make out the check to. But no one called us and no one answers us to tell us how much or where. That is all we are waiting for. This was approved 2 weeks ago!
We even have an attorney who has been calling your attorney and your attorney is not calling him back, not even in the 11th hour!!!! Here in Florida in order to get a new date for the sale of a property by foreclosure the court date must be cancelled and then reset. It can not be just postponed.
What is SO hard about taking the money and resetting the date? Our seller is ready to pay the cost to do this so she can finish the short sale.
We have even written a letter to your CEO Mr. David Sambo to please help us. We are talking about a human being here, not a file.
We are being proactive by posting this post in hopes that someone somewhere will read this today and find a person in authority to call us and tell us where our seller needs to bring her money. I hope one of you has set up Google alerts or is monitoring the internet for public opinions regarding your company.
All we want to do is save this seller from foreclosure and that is all she wants too. The only reason she got behind in the first place is because her payment went up from 2000 a month to 3800 a month in payments and was not qualified because her income was too low for your refi program. Ironic but nonetheless, time is of the essence right at the very moment.
All it takes is one phone call!
