Here's a rundown of the January 2015 Sharon MA Home Sales Report according to the MLS Property Information Network.
A total of eight Sharon MA homes were sold between January 1st and January 31st this year. While this may be a 46.7% drop off from home sales in December of 2014, it is the exact same amount of homes that were sold in January 2014. They bought this property for $735,000 after just 15 days on the market.
The average sale price for a Sharon MA home purchased in January 2015 was $581,067, a 7.9% increase from the same time last year. This is the second highest average in the last five years. The average days a Sharon MA home was on the market before it went to offer was 43, a slight increase from the 39 days in January 2014. The average list price to sale price ratio was 98%, which was a slight increase from the 96% last year.
