Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 20 days of February 2015 are 28 homes which increased from the 22 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 20 days of January and the first 20 days of February 2014 (20). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from February 1st to date is $1,957,018 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $2,128,372 for this same time period and a substantial increase from the $1,244,215 last February.
In February 2015 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes home sold for $5,450,000 and is located in the City of Rolling Hills and has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and 4,926 square feet on a 263,923 square foot lot. This fabulous equestrian estate features unobstructed city lights views, a deluxe master suite, 6 stall barn, tack room, caretaker quarters, riding ring, paddock areas, swimming pool, gazebo and a 3-car attached garage as well as an additional 6-car detached garage. The lowest priced Palos Verdes home sold to date in February for $1,060,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes; this home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,404 square feet on a 9,350 square foot lot.
