I've been a One girl Band With a Team since I earned my real estate license in 2002. I've tried the partner approach team twice and learned that doing all the work for half the pay just didn't work for me with my work ethic. So, I've been a One Girl Band with a Team ever since. So what is a "One Girl Band?"
When you think of a band, visualizing several "band" members seems like the obvious. A One Girl Band With a Team might look like a musical one man band with every arm, leg and mouth performing somthing musical. That's not exactly what a One Girl Band With a Team represents so I best explain.
When working as a One Girl Band With a Team, it's important to be:
Diligent
On time
Perform all tasks with efficiently
Never miss a deadline
Perform quick fixes with speed
Answer every question with a backup source for information
And close ontime
There isn't time to be anything other than efficient. Doing things right the first time is critical to being the best service to clients and the sales process!
