PROVE IT OR HIDE IT?
Where it becomes a problem is that the proof for what you suspect is hard to well...prove. Then, there is your credibility as to what happened and why. Accusing someone of this deed requires more than emotions and opinions. Usually it backfires on the accuser which is why they keep quiet.
THIS WENT TO TRIAL ONE DAY
I attended a trial for a man who was accused of doing this by a young lady who when she took the stand to literally "stand up" for what she believed in, she was torn apart on her past and present conduct as well as her questionable activities that led up to the alleged incident. It was tragic to watch and gut wrenching too
DID HE or DID SHE?
It was hard to keep an open and objective mind while watching and hearing this being explored. When she testified, he was guilty. When he testified, she didn't look good. Lurking in the background are dispersion's of what is a girl or woman doing in that situation? Its unfair but true
ATTACK & DEFEND
Meanwhile, the person being accused is sitting there in a suit and tie, clean shaven with an attorney looking angelic and putting on their best disbelief act and I am sympathetic to your out of control fantasy and made up plight "look" while the woman is being attacked and defending herself. That's the strategy i.e. to have you coming and going in front of a jury or judge
