The number of active listings in Temecula (92591) increased by 9.3%from the previous month.
The median number of days active properties have been listed is 73. This is significantly shorter than the national average.
The number of sales in December dropped by 34.6% from the previous month.
When you look at the graph above, you can see that listing and selling prices are mimicking each other fairly well. Selling prices can be a litle low, simply due to some homes going on the market at rather high prices.

The other graph here is for North Temecula Inventory, note that the red bar represents distressed sales, as you can see, those are remaining low compared to a few years ago when a regular sale was the odd thing. So more standard sale homes, and less bank owned and foreclosures, this is a healthy thing for the market.
The influx of regular sales also means that homes are ingenerally better condition than the bank owned homes a few years ago was, and there is an owner to ask questions about the property, now just a lender who knows nothing and will repair nothing.
