Hi Elsie,
I see you list a lot of manufactured homes. Are you aware that FHA financing on manufactured homes is about the best way to sell one with limited down payment. I know you probably think they are a real hassle for the seller, but not the case any more. Please take a look at my blog for more infomation about what is available. Good luck on your sales.
