It's warming now and soon everything will be green.  Looking for land to hunt or camp or.....can be challenging even at the best of times.  Right now you can see without the trees, walk without knee deep snow, and get a feeling if the ground is relly high or only high when the weather is dry.  Get out and start looking. Land won't be available forever!
