There were six closings of one-bedroom condos and 14 closings of two-bedroom condos in Fairlington Villages over the past six months. The one-bedroom closings ranged from $225,000 - $395,000, and the two-bedroom closings ranged from $323,590 to 442,000. (This information came directly from the MRIS, our local multiple listing service).
Fairlington Villages is a huge community, and has many different types and sizes of properties, including townhome condos, and condos with lofts that make for great guest bedrooms or office spaces.
