Over the last 7 days ,74 homes were added for sale. Eight were condominiums, 66 were houses. Only 3 were Bank Owned. The median price of the listings was $240,000 for a 6 bdrm rambler in Jordan Hills.

Contracts written Last 7 Days:
This last week, 36 Real Estate Contracts were approved, at a value of almost 9 million dollars. This gave us an average home price of $249,712 dollars for the 4 Condos, and 32 houses. Three of these contracts were short sales. Prices ranged from $125 thousand dollars for a 900 sq. ft. Condominium @ Country Wood Estates, to $535,000 dollars for a 4 yr old, 6 bdrm Rambler at the northern boundary of West Jordan.
