What's My Fox Hollow Delta CO Home Worth? March 2015 Market Update
The market hasn't changed too much since last month's report. The inventory is still down, and one listing expired. There is still one property on the market and it's under contract. The listing price is $214,900.
Here's a look at the last two years market activity in Fox Hollow:
In 2013 there were three homes sold in Fox Hollow. The average sold price was $204,266. The average days on market was 97. One sale was a foreclosed home and it sold for $184,800.
In 2014 there were three homes sold. The average sold price was $209,166. The average days on market was 101. The average sold price was up 2.4% in 2014.
In 2014 the Delta County real estate showed some nice improvement in several areas. There were 702 sales compared to 621 sales in 2013. That's a 13% increase over 2013. The number of sales over $1 million more than doubled in 2014. There were eleven sales over this dollar amount compared to five two years ago.
Probably the biggest area of improvement is with foreclosures. The number of completed foreclosures dropped 50% in 2014. There were 69 completed foreclosures in 2014 compared to 137 in 2013.
I expect that we are going to see even more improvements in 2015. I really do believe that this will be a pivotal year for Delta County Real Estate.
