There are just some days that you hit the office and want to go back home and crawl in bed. (I call those days Saturdays) So why do you do it. I mean, you know, stay at the office or go show houses. I doubt that it is the money.....sure being a multi millionaire is great and all, but really why?
Are you inspired by someone? Your father or mother, your husband or wife. Maybe your Broker or like in my case your agents.
And if so, does that inspiration keep you moving FORWARD or just moving?
For those who answered yes to the questions, I would like to know what it takes to inspire you. What motivates you? What makes you swing your feet out of the bed and hit the floor in the morning.
For me it is reality!!!! I am a realist (and an evil republican) and I look at what is really happening in the world. I look at the factors that are shaping our economy and our business and I find a way to get myself into those factors and try to make a change. Even the smallest change, like the butterfly effect, can have grand pay-offs.
I also ignore the media. Not the news, THE MEDIA. The Media never changed anything for the better. What has been on the Media for the last two weeks. Round the clock Anna Nicole Smith coverage. Any time anywhere you can see Anna Nicole yet they have not brought her back to life. No change, just hype.
So I refuse to pay attention to the MEDIA, I catch the news, I am informed, I know what is happening in the world and I make my mark on my office and My market. You see, I am inspired by reality and if I don't like the reality, I try to change it for the better.
