Many of you saw earlier today that I had a blogged about failed promises and customer service with one of the 800-pound gorillas in the real estate industry. Going public on this platform created visibility and escalated a review by customer service management, and the situation is to be resolved to my satisfaction.

I fail to name the company here, becuase they have shown they can "Walk the Walk" after "Talking the Talk". Those of you who read my post know who I am talking about. Those that didn't read it don't need to know who it was at this point.

Kudos to the corporation and to the team members (a/k/a Active Rain) that led to situation resolution.

William, I was out for a long time, but the Trulia rep said it was "different now". Geez, is it ever. Apparently they can say one thing to get the order, but the company won't support what the rep says.

Hi Kerrie, I just got a call from someone from Trulia customer service management. He is going to work with me in righting this situation. Unfortunately I have spent a lot of time and stress over this. I have had a headache now for 7 days running. It shouldn't be this hard to get a company to do what their representative offered at time of agreement.
