Many of you saw earlier today that I had a blogged about failed promises and customer service with one of the 800-pound gorillas in the real estate industry. Going public on this platform created visibility and escalated a review by customer service management, and the situation is to be resolved to my satisfaction.
I fail to name the company here, becuase they have shown they can "Walk the Walk" after "Talking the Talk". Those of you who read my post know who I am talking about. Those that didn't read it don't need to know who it was at this point.
Kudos to the corporation and to the team members (a/k/a Active Rain) that led to situation resolution.
