My email box is full of these promises. I am really buckeling down on the fundementals. there are NO SHORTCUTS! I am getting back to the basics and adding some twists of my own along the way...
Expireds, fsbo, tenant occupied previewing, I have created some repo websites that work decent, I know what to say (Practice scripts), I use a 1-800 hotline number, and do serious qualifying and lead follow-up.
I also use Homegain.
I believe multiple sources of marketing/prospecting is key. The ol' saying goes..."don't put all your eggs in one basket" and don't look for shortcuts, because there are none.
