In an era of rising energy costs and heightened awareness of conservation, buyers and sellers are focusing on "greener" options, and are looking to find real benefit from professional guidance during real estate transactions. As a real estate professional, I know how to apply innovative techniques to identify properties with green attributes and "green" consumers in any given area.
