Yesterday, as we were leaving our Yoga class, we were chatting with one of the teachers. As we were talking to her, one of the students, an older gentleman interrupted us to wish her a good evening.
We learned that he was the newest student, and he was 87. Last week, he walked in and asked her about yoga, as he had read an article in the local newspaper. He had never done any yoga and was interested in trying it out. He is in our class and doing really well. We were inspired by his enthusiasm and his willingness to explore new ideas.
