Come dressed up to dance “Frankie Say Nia” a Nia Routine choreographed to 80’s Alternative “New Wave” music.  It will be a classic style Nia class so be prepared to sweat and get your workout in.  Dress-up in clothes from the 80's.  Color and funky patterns.  It will be fun and fitness all in one!  --$14 in advance*, $18 at the door

NIA PLAYSHOP -   SATURDAY, MARCH 28, 2015 at 11:00 am (to 2:45 pm)

Join Terre Pruitt and Jason Alan Griffin for Jason’s Free Dance playshop.  Jason has created a playshop/workshop in which he shares his ideas so that Nia participants will never again fear, dread or avoid those unguided moments in class, and will instead look forward to those unguided moments.  The playshop will conclude with an awesome Nia routine that will allow you to practice what you were just taught.  ---$55 in advance*, $70 at the door
