Have you heard of postlets, it is a one stop shop to post your listing for rent or for Sale.

This is an excellent  site that allows you to post your listing for rent or for sale, upload your pictures and in an instante your listing goes to several very visited sites and has a very nice presentation.

Give it a try

Vflyer is even better. You can post great flyers on Craigslist, your blog, Backpage, etc., and they in turn post the flyer automatically to many other places.

Postlets is my favorite.  I still like to tweak the Zillow listing since it take two weeks sometimes for Zillow and Trulia to be updated.  That's a little too long.  but I love the code it creates for Craiglist.  After the MLS, Craiglist has been our number two!

Just make sure that you view each site for mortgage information without apr's because you can get slapped with a BIG HUGE FINE

We use postlets for all of our listings.  Like the little slide show that vflyer does but then you have to pay for it.  Like the free idea

I saw a Postlet feature that allows for a mini advertisement that can be embedded into website.  Has anyone done this and if so can you provide a link so that we can see them.  I also read that it is possible to have all your listings scroll within a single box player using this same feature.  This sounds very interesting.

Yelena,

Thank you for posting this information.  I had no idea that these sites even existed.  I plan to check both postlets and vflyers and see which I prefer.

Postlets is a very neat product and I have heard of agents using the "Plus" option to build listing pages for their owner personal websites.

Postlets coupled with BackPage and CraigsList are a powerful combination for generating leads. Toss in Kijiji and soon the leads will be pouring in! I have a client who generates about 20 leads a day from her 3 ads she post each day in Craigslist alone.
