Alexander & Baldwin's The Collection condominium development, currently under construction in Kaka'ako Honolulu, is under contract with 93% of it's units for sale, according to the Pacific Business News.

The Collection, comprises a 43 story glass high-rise tower with 397 luxury condos available in 1, 2, and 3 bedroom configurations. The rest of The Collection wraps around the block with 16 townhomes, 54 Loft apartments and 5 commercial spaces at street level.
