In the constantly changing downtown Tempe Town Lake development scene, what was previously coined Pier 202, has now been changed to "South bank" at Tempe Town Lake.  The developer's web site has not yet been finalized, but you can see a simple rendering of the development here:

This development is located on the south shore of Tempe Town Lake just East of the Rural Road bridge.  Just another exciting development planned for the downtown Tempe and Tempe Town Lake area!
