If you who are in real estate have not noticed we have a new breed of consumer. These individuals are more HI-TECH than I ever thought about being. If it does not happen on the Internet it does not happen at all. I personally know of children under the age of 10 years old that can maneuver around a computer better than my Dad and probably me as well.I was raised in the era that computers were a thing of the future not a reality. You know when "LOVE" was everywhere and the music kicked butt!!!!!!!! The 60's and 70's and early 80's where an awesome time of care free living and thinking maybe I might learn the metric system someday, but it will never pertain to the U.S.A. Well folks guess what we might not have the metric system but we have kids out there that the only way they know how to communicate is thru email, MySpace, Facebook, Text Messaging and anything to do with the technical age! If you are not starting to go HI-TECH you will soon be left behind because our society is on the fast track and everyone needs a ticket!!!!!! Ask yourself one question "AM I Automated"?
