You don’t have to be Irish to enjoy Delray Beach’s Annual St. Patrick’s 
Day Parade and Festival!
Where- The Festival is on the grounds of the Delray Center for the Arts.
51 N. Swinton @ Atlantic Avenue
The Parade will be along Atlantic Avenue from the Intracoastal to NW 5th Avenue.
When- The Festival is Friday- March 13-5 to 11 PM
Saturday-March 14- 11 am to 7 PM
The Parade is Saturday-March 14- 2-4 PM

The Festival begins on Friday night with a an event to celebrate St. Baldrick’s Foundation. This wonderful volunteer-driven foundation focuses on childhood cancer- finding cures through research. There will be a head-shaving event where more than 150 volunteers will shave their heads to show solidarity and support for kids with cancer.
And a Festival wouldn’t be complete without food, music, arts & craft vendors, pipe and drum bands and much more.

The Parade has grown from a small town parade to one that has become recognized worldwide. In 2010 the theme of the parade became one that paid tribute to the International Emergency Services Community.
There have been participants from the Belgium Fire Observers, Baltimore City Fire Department, Ambulance Victoria of Australia, Northern Virginia Fire Department and more. You can see a list of participants here.
A Special Treat…
On Thursday, March 12, you are invited to attend the documentary “Through Triumph and Tragedy” a documentary about the FDNY Pipes and Drums at the Crest Theatre at the Center for the Arts.
Tickets are $27.00.

After the parade, there will be a Pipes and Drums concert in the park- the lawn at Old School Square. This will be a mini-concert and will begin after the parade.
This is a favorite of not only Delray Beach but all of Palm Beach County.
Arrive early, wear comfortable clothing and come ready to have fun!!!
