There is a builder in The southeast Valley who is selling a lot of homes but hasn't been building them at least that is what I can see and have experienced. When you are out looking at New Homes make sure and look or drive the community to see that the trades are working - I have not seen a trade work in MONTHS in one community. This is very scary for you or your clients if they take a deposit and don't start the building process - If you are seeing this or exp. this please post here so we can be aware of the builders doing t his !
