Hi Rick,

I've committed to attending some Toastmasters International (TI) meetings in 2007. I was activie in TI many, many years ago when I was a mover and shaker (HA!) in corporate America in the 90's. I remember those days fondly. I had so much fun and I gained so much from my participation. I fine-tuned my presentation skills, improved my LISTENING skills, and learned to communicate better overall.

I tried to stay active when I left that last job but, because of the distance involved, I wasn't able to continue. I think it's time now to find a club closer to home. Thanks for the post; it reminded me to call around TODAY.

Laneette, Find a Toastmasters Club and become active. Toastmasters has been a great way to network. Work on some speechs that are real estate related. Let me know how it turns out.
