Aurora's Average Home Prices that SOLD in February 2015

 

Aurora SOLD average home price increased 3.18% from January and increased 7.54% from Feb of 2014. 

 

Number of Sold Homes

Aurora - 399

80013 - 83

80017 - 50

80016 - 51

80015 - 64

 

There is a lack of home inventory on the Market right now and has created some what of a "sellers market" and hopefully we will see more homes open up.

Crazy how much prices have jumped in Aurora isnt it. I know that 80016 zip is also very mice and desireable
