2014 Market Report For The Village Park Neighborhood Of Encinitas CA

03/10/2015 Less then two miles from Moonlight Beach in Encinitas you will find Village Park, one of the nicest family communities featuring parks, community pools, tennis courts and fantastic schools. Since there are litterally parks throughout the entire area it makes for great family fun events like camping in the park, pancake breakfasts and more! This is the latest information on active listings in the Village Park  area of Encinitas as well as a wrap up of homes sold in 2014. 

The following chart shows current homes for sale and homes sold in 2014 for Village Park.

As you can see from the chart:

• There are only three active listings.
• Prices range from $529,900 to $539,900. 
• In the last year 54 homes have sold. 
• Prices were between $310,000 and $1,210,000 (pictured).
  
• The lowest priced sale was a Condo that needed upgrading.

• Two of the 54 homes sold were a short sale compared to seven in 2013.
