Fee-For-Service is one of the most talked about trends in real estate today. It is also one of the most misunderstood! There are many companies, both online and off, that call what they do "fee-for-service", when they are in fact, discounters, who provide shoddy service, no representation or advocacy, and in the end, simply waste your money.

If you've read any of my writings, you know that I believe that in real estate, quality is essential for keeping the most money in your pocket when you close. But should that mean that you're locked into paying by commission in order to get that quality? Absolutely not!

Of course, in the end, based on your needs and comfort level, a traditional commission may be the best choice. But you should make that choice because it's the BEST option, not because it's the ONLY option.
