TBWS Late Night will be hosting a "LIVE" video and "Air" broadcast with the ActiveRain TEAM today, Thursday April 11, 2008 at 6:30pm PST, 8:30pm CST, and 9:30pm EST. 

We will have Bob Stewart, Rich Jacobson and myself "LIVE" and available to take your calls, comments, and questions etc.  We may even get Jonathan Washburn to pipe in for a few if enough members respond to this "First Ever" live broadcast with the AR staff.  Frank Garay will be the host for the evening.

Let's crash the Party!!  :-)  With your help, I'd like to light up the TBWS switchboard and phone lines like a Christmas Tree.  Let's flood the show with calls from members, and show listeners and viewers what the AR spirit is all about.  I'll be there live in the studio with Frank, and we'll have Bob, Rich and Jon on the phone lines.

Come share some love, show some support, call in and have some fun with us.  It's going to be a great evening!!  There will be some great topics for discussion and I'm certain, we'll have some unexpected surprises and guests calling in. You won't want to miss this one for sure.  Just remember the time zones for calling or linking in.

Thanks to Brian, Sharon, Nick, Michelle, Jason, Mara, Will, Deborah, Joe and Natalie for calling in, you made the show a success, and the night entertaining.

I wanted to also thank Bob and Rich for being on the line and fielding many of the questions.  I want to apologize to all those who tried to get in and were unsuccessful getting online with us.  We WILL do it again. 

I mentioned that I was going to see about getting some points awarded to the best comment, question or success story, and those points will go to Natalie for sharing her success story about her 2.4 million dollar listing she acquired from her efforts on ActiveRain.  Way to go Natalie, congratulations!!  :-)))

hey Brad - well I'm glad no one recognized me (Myra). I now know that I can write more easily than I can talk(LOL!)... The video stream on my puter--- which I thought was totally 'live'--- was actually about 2 minutes behind. So when they started talking to me on the phone, my pea brain (especially at night!) got confused because I thought it was still the "on hold" chatter. GAWD! I really would have just wanted to say 'hey' to all of you who make AR what it is and what it is becoming--- you and Tom and Rich (and Jason )and.....on and on...you all did a great job.

Well, now I see that I was not the only one who could not get in. I was using Firefox. DARN! My story was on how we sold a 1.6 million dollar house because of one post on Active Rain. Well, that was just one great deal. My other success story is that we get listings each and every week because of Active Rain!

Mara - the text on the screen was so small, it was hard to see being crunched between those guys! LOL!  I am glad you got thru and I thought it was you but they kept saying Miya....  I was thinking either Myra or Mara, but couldn't read the chat and communication screen.  Next time I won't be too ashamed to wear my glasses.  Loved having you on the show...thanks!  :-)

My fault guys! I didn't know that the firefox browser wouldn't work with the TBWS live video feed!  It's usually the other way around! IE is usually the bugger culprit! Please accept my apology!  Next time I know to include a disclaimer in the post.  I will also let the folks at TBWS know that there is an issue with browsers and their video feed.  We'll do it again soon, thank for your patience, and support.  The lines did light up like a Christmas tree, you guys really ALL made the show a success!!  Thanks! Jason - it was great having you on the show last night, I do hope to do it again soon.  The guys at TBWS said they thought it was a great show...at one point there were hundreds of people viewing the video, the phones were off lit up like crazy, and the chat coming in was keeping the producer very busy!  I'll let everyone know when we go live again.  We'll have it a little better organized on the next round!  Have an awesome weekend my friend, and congrats on the 200,000 point mile marker!  You should be very proud of that! I know we ARe!  :-)

Hey, Brad! Thank you (& Frank & Brian) for such a great show. I built up the courage to call in thanks to my twitter friends. 

Also, I called Adam Waldman yesterday and left a message sharing with him first, for he had a huge part in my success!  He's known this has been in the works for a while.  If Adam didn't create the local expert contest, I would have left this on my "to do" list and missed out! 

Active Rain helped them see who I was on two levels. They saw me downtown taking photos and found out about my relo wrap up post. They checked it and me out.  That transparency gave them comfort in me as a Realtor and they liked my techno-geek-abilities! I'll tell you right now, it doesn't work to bully people into listing properties. "We sell the most." and "You're not smart enough to do it yourself." are two key phrases they were sick of. 

I'm looking forward to new techno-geeky ways to market land! Brian Block has already given me some ideas, and I don't even think he knows it!
