I've seen courses offering training to be a loss mitigation expert.  And then I've seen affiliate programs and some of the prices. 

Are any of you licensees doing this?  I mean, these homeowners are going through foreclosure.  How feasible is it that they would pay you thousands of dollars for advice? 

And what are you actually doing for them?
