Yorkville home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 22.2% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 9.7% from $211,600 to $191,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 21.1%, while the median sale price decreased by 11.8% from $250,000 to $220,500. Condo/townhome sales rose by 25%, while the median sale price decreased by 31.7% from $95,875 to $65,500.
