Fox Lake Market Trends for February 2015
Fox Lake home sales for the month of February stayed the same in volume when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 13.7% from $80,000 to $69,038. The number of Single Family homes sales stayed the same, while the median sale price decreased by 68.8% from $192,450 to $60,019. Condo/townhome sales stayed the same, while the median sale price rose by 22.8% from $57,000 to $70,000.
