Vernon Hills home sales for the month of February decreased in volume by 9.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 38.2% from $225,000 to $311,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 16.7%, while the median sale price decreased by 8.6% from $448,750 to $410,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 20%, while the median sale price decreased by 5.9% from $146,000 to $137,450.
